For Toronto independent restaurants
Add QR ordering without betting your service on it
TableSwift is QR table ordering for Toronto independent restaurants that runs alongside your current POS, so you can try it without a risky cutover.
Paper feels safer when the room gets busy
Restaurants are rightly cautious about new ordering technology. A missed ticket or a confusing handoff creates more work at the exact moment staff can least absorb it.
Orders bottleneck at the table
Guests wait to flag someone down while staff juggle sections, queues, and the kitchen.
A new system can feel like a risky cutover
Replacing the POS or changing payments on day one is more disruption than most independent restaurants can afford.
Trust depends on the handoff
If staff cannot see, hear, and print an order reliably, paper wins.
Keep your POS. Add a faster path for guests
TableSwift is intentionally narrow: guests scan, browse your menu, choose modifiers, and send an order. Your staff sees it immediately and stays in control.
Scan at the table
Guests open a fast, mobile-friendly menu from a table QR code.
Order lands with staff
Orders arrive on a clear staff dashboard with printer-ready alerts for the service flow you already trust.
Stay in control
Run it beside your existing POS. If the floor needs to go manual, use the staff-only fallback, no forced cutover.

Join the list to explore a parallel-run pilot built around the moments that make or break staff trust.
Printer and alert first
Clear order alerts and printer-ready handoffs are central to the experience, not an afterthought.
Optional for guests
QR ordering adds a convenient lane. It does not force every guest or every table into a new behavior.
Manual fallback is part of the plan
When a shift needs a human-first flow, staff can return to it immediately, in one tap.
Built for Toronto's independent restaurants
TableSwift is shaped for owner-operators and GMs who want to try QR ordering without disrupting a service they've already dialed in.
Counter-service owners
Cut the line at the register by letting guests order straight from the table.
Full-service GMs
Give servers a faster first touch without replacing the POS they already trust.
Questions, answered
Will this replace our POS?
No. TableSwift runs alongside your current POS. Orders are captured separately and shown to staff, nothing about your existing system changes.
Does this handle payments?
Not in the initial pilot. These are order-only pilots, guests place orders through TableSwift but pay the way they already do.
Is this only for full-service restaurants?
No. It's designed for both counter-service and full-service independent restaurants in the 30 to 80 seat range.
What will it cost?
Planned pricing is a one-time setup fee for menu import and printer setup, plus a simple monthly fee for order capture and the staff dashboard. Exact pricing will be shared with the pilot group.
When can we start?
TableSwift is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist puts you in line for early pilot availability in Toronto.
What happens with my email?
It's used only to reach you about pilot availability. No spam, no sharing with third parties.
